Pinch Hitter

If you've seen anything in the realm of sports over the past week I'm sure you've heard or seen a multiple times superbowl winning QB getting called out by a 16 year old pop star for having a similar hairdo, 2/3 of the new most hated team in the NBA having hamstring issues, and of course Brett Favre texting pictures of himself to ladies wearing his wrangler jeans in bed....well minus the wranglers.

Here's a couple things you may not have seen over that span

Quite possibly the leading candidate for Best endzone celebration thus far. (How many years do we have to wait until something is considered old school or a throwback?)

I've watched soccer from the lowest level to the highest level and yet this was the least expected celebration I would have expected. Well 2nd least, the first would involve a donkey. Apply that however you see fit.

This guy makes flipping the bird at your opponent seem more outdated that windpants.

  1. Ive picked the rams over chargers in a close one due to the facts rams play better at home. It pained me but, bucs over saints. Bucs have the better d except for the fact they're almost dead last in rush d but, doesn't matter saints can't run the ball anyway. Cheifs over texans. Cheif's d will control the game.

  2. Continue discussion. I picked 49ers only cuz I wanna see them win a game but, I don't think the raiders will take their foot off the wounded niners anyway. Until alex gets his mind right they're on they're way to being 0-16. Upset special denver tops jets. No revis for at least 2 wks in my opinion. As you know jets love to blitz which can help them or burn them. If the broncos pick up the blitz, keep kyle clean, and contain the run they will win easily. Last I picked skins over colts

  3. The rams is a stretch going against the chargers. They just lost there 2nd starting wideout for the season. I can't argue too tough against the other picks except for maybe the denver. Orton is playing at pro bowl level but the jets should be able to control the clock with the running game. Never bet against Manning during a primetime game!
