You can rest easy knowing that Xavier players were already edgy due to Twitter comments from some Cincinnati players. It should also be noted that one of the participants said "We have some gangstas in this locker room, not thugs, but men that won't back down". Stay classy
Having trouble sleeping? Call my man Jon "Bones" Jones at 1-800-go-to-sleep
A few things caught my eye on this one.....Anytime a 270 lb man is working his bang thang....please do not run all up in his space. I love the blatant disrespect of the Dallas Star. The more I watch this, the more I'm sure this should have been blurred out!
Ok, to prevent the "omg" messages I got from the last time I posted something like this...I'll just say this isn't for the faint of heart....
If you were lucky enough to compile a decent enough record, week 14 is put up or shut up time in the world of fantasy football. In real life football, it's juuuust about time to start declaring who's definitely in or out of the playoff picture. One team in particular, the Broncos, appear to be headed that route thanks to one Tim Tebow. It seems as though you can't be anti-tebow because it's like saying you don't like little babies, puppies or apple pie (and yes, I'm on the fence with all of them). I don't dislike the guy, hell, never met him. I just see him as the 2nd coming of.....Vince Young (you didn't think I was going to say Christ right?). Yea, he's 6-1 this year starting and the TEAM has gone from worst to first in the division. I personally think they are winning in spite of Timothy. Here's a look at his wins:
@ Miami - 80% of the fans were for the Broncos since his collegiate team was honored. Won after a TD, recovered onside kick and Miami conceded 2 pt. conversion @ Oakland - Starting a QB who was sitting on the sofa in his drawls 2 weeks prior @ K.C. - 4-5 Chiefs who lost their best offensive player and defensive player weeks ago NY Jets - defense scored as many points as he did, but he made 1 drive...so he gets the credit @ S.D. - 2 missed fgs by a suddenly shaky kicker allowed them to stay in the game @ Min - Rookie QB, Best player sidelined by injury, top FIVE defensive backs out
Again, I'm rooting for Tebow (much like Alex Smith and Caleb Hanie) to do well enough to get their teams into the playoffs so I can promptly bet my 401K against them. I tend to think "winning" causes blindness to the shortcomings of the point man. Vince Young was a winner as well...until everybody realized most of his wins came against the bottom feeders of the NFL (sound familiar?). Now, you couldn't trade VY for a box of Wheaties. So, until Timmy's time is cut short when he actually has to play the position....run Tebow run...and I will be at the pay window when you fall flat.
Sorry for the bootlegedness (not a word) of this. These NFL network guys crack me up every week with the adlibs.

Video action on tap for this installment.
While watching my Saints trounce the Giants, I stopped mid sip of my Belgian beer as I saw our tight end (pause) show why stretching is important to prevent injuries.
Same saints game, same trouncing....Drew attempts to Mimic a young Michael Jeffrey Jordan with the "Cradle Dunk". Might want to get a boost next time.
Suh was wrong for doing it but I like the outright underestimation of the entire world's intelligence for him claiming this happened because he lost his balance.
I think Mr. Magoo #2 should have thought about the old proverb "Don't start nothing, won't be nothing"
